Label change suggestions and add 'bursa' term #27

Have suggested the following term label changes: WBbt:0000100 (root) 'C. elegans Cell and Anatomy' suggest change to 'C. elegans anatomical entity'

WBbt:0005757 'male-specific' suggest change to 'male-specific anatomical entity'

WBbt:0005758 'hermaphrodite-specific' suggest change to 'hermaphrodite-specific anatomical entity'

and added term: WBbt:0008633 'bursa'

I think there is a problem with making male tail an exact syn to bursa. It's more precise to say adult male tail since I don't think L4 male tail is referred to as bursa.
