Add PVR and male ciliated neurons as subclass of "ciliated neuron" #9

According to this page at WormAtlas:

We are missing the following neurons/classes (and respective subclasses) from the "ciliated neuron" class:

PVR CEM HOA HOB PCA ray neuron type A ray neuron type B SPD SPV

Oddly FLP is missing from the WormAtlas list. I will notify David Hall.

@raymond91125 I'm happy to make the change in the ontology file if it's OK with you.
