Need additional axiom connecting to NCBITaxon #15

current:

http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/CARO_0001010 = (Viruses or Viroids or cellular organisms)

The elements on the union are all NCBITaxon classes, which is fine

However, CARO also has cellular organism http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/CARO_0010004, which is needs to be declared equivalent to NCBITaxon 'cellular organisms'

This seems to have been done
