OBO Foundry license annotation does not match this repo #33

OBO Foundry says CC BY 3.0 (https://obofoundry.org/ontology/caro), this says CC BY 4.0-SA (https://github.com/obophenotype/caro/blob/master/license.txt).

Further, the ontology itself has no annotation inside https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/caro

@anitacaron can you clarify what the license for this repository should be? Maybe this is a good chance to update it to CC BY 4.0 or ideally CC0
