[Class hierarchy] protoplast/spheroblast #1145

Suggested revision and reasons

spheroplast is more specific yet it refers to partial loss of cell wall, the parent the entire wall

suggests these should be sibs

I am not sure there is consistent definitions here though, e.g.

suggests gram neg vs pos.. but this doesn't make sense for plants
