Improve findability of the CL Front Page website

Currently we have two main portals for CL:

• A public-facing page (targeted to ontology reusers, e.g. CELLXGENE, HubMap, Bgee) : https://cell-ontology.github.io/index.html
• A documentation portal (targeted to contributors and CL editors): https://obophenotype.github.io/cell-ontology/

Additionally, there are many pages that display CL, such as:

• https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/cl (OLS, the first Google result)
• https://obofoundry.org/ontology/cl.html (The OBO Foundry page on CL, also a top result)
• https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/CL (The BioPortal page, also a top result)

That multitude of pages is probably quite confusing for anyone new.

I am opening this ticket so we can better improve the findability of the CL main page and clarify a bit for external users.

A few ideas

• [ ] Change https://obophenotype.github.io/cell-ontology/ to clarify it is a documentation page.

• [ ] Add a more visible redirect from the documentation to the public-facing page

• [ ] Add a better link from https://cell-ontology.github.io/index.html to the documentation

• [ ] Change the OBO Foundry "homepage" link to https://obofoundry.org/ontology/cl.html and make it

• [ ] Figure out a way to have OLS have a link to the CL main page

These are just some of the ideas. I'd be happy to implement the website changes if others are ok with it.

If changing to the new OLS, you can see a link to the documentation page https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/cl as the "Homepage" button.

Adding the http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/homepage annotation to the ontology will change the link in OLS.
