Improve project specific reporting

MVP - How many terms in ontology are used by HubMap & CxG respectively. How many of these are new in this release. Fold into: https://github.com/obophenotype/cell-ontology/issues/2276#issuecomment-1988744865

• [ ] Track how many terms used by CZI/HubMap have been edited since the last release.

• [ ] Track new terms intended for CxG - we will rely on this sheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/189Ano95VqoHF0sNw6W1AiyMux60tUp5aivCAvvpZGbs/edit?gid=0#gid=0 - needs documenting in editor SOP.

• [ ] To track edits in between releases we will rely on tagging tickets - also needs documenting in SOP.

• [ ] Scripts/GA to run reports between any prior release and the current release for all metrics. @gouttegd already working on this for CL paper. Should be a make command with parameters for release versions to compare.

Good to have but not planning now:

• [ ] Snapshot - nightly tracking of editor file for new terms added/edited by specific project (GitHub Actions)

I found out that OAK diff outputs Nodes added to subset when I ran the command for the last Uberon release. Here's a sample showing the terms added for HuBMAP.
