This is quite abstract. Might it be sufficient to just add classes for neurons with known combos of NTs?

Also - does including neuromodulators potentially make it too broad?

I am planning on writing subclasses for this based on the neurotransmitter combination, to have more specific child terms.

I can include specific neurotransmitters and neuromodulators in this definition to avoid ambiguity.
