'squamous epithelial cell' EquivalentTo: 'epithelial cell' and ('part of' some 'squamous epithelium')
This is causing problems in the case of type II pneumocytes, which are cubdoidal not squamous, but are part of the alveolar epithelium which Uberon defines as squamous - presumably because 95% of the cells are type I pneumocytes, which are squamous.
To complicate matters Uberon also has
squamous epithelium EquivalentTo epithelium and ('has part' some 'squamous epithelial cell') !
So an epithelium that has a minority of squamous cells (or even just one!) would be considered squamous.
Suggested fix:
define 'squamous epithelial cell' as equivalentTo 'epithelial cell' that 'has characteristic some PATO:'squamous'
define squamous epithelium as equivlanetTo epithelium that primarily_composed_of some 'squamous epithelial cell'
