Fixes #2775 rename lung neuroendocrine cell to pulmonary neuroendocrine cell.

Proposal from DOS : CL definition/description should be updated to reflect evidence of I/O heterogeneity - see https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.78216 - This will be done in another ticket.
