circular logic #328

The terms below are associated partly by "is a" and partly by "develops from", which sets up a kind of circular relationship between skeletal muscle cell (CL:0000188) and muscle stem cell (CL:0000355). Since the "circular relationship" broke our pipeline, we thought you might want to take a look at it.

This should be fixed in cell.obo 1.51, committed yesterday and available from the OBO Foundry.
