At KPMP meeting, experts feel this is an unintuitive grouping - consider grouping or explicitly designating as a grouping class

Add a new grouping "juxtaglomerular apparatus cell", synonym "JGA cell"

Correction: there a cell type typically called the "juxtaglomerular cell" that is a sibling of existing ones.

Definition: renin secreting cell that is part of the JGA

Update:

We think we have this http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/CL_0000648 "kidney granular cell"

but we don't think "kidney granular cell" is a good primary label, retain it as a synonym
