vagal neural crest cell -> Uberon vagal neural crest ? #638

obo:CL_0011017 (vagal neural crest cell) Should be related to Uberon:'vagal neural crest' @cmungall - is part_of the right relationship here? Not clear to me from Uberon defs if they apply to only prior to migration. Seems this is a general issue with missing Uberon mappings between CL & Uberon NC terms.

If I remember correctly there was a distinction made between neural crest cell populations prior to migration and migratory neural crest cells. I'm not sure if this was added to Uberon. From the NC working groups concept maps, vagal neural crest are part_of trunk neural crest and are pre-migratory.

Problem:

part_of relationship to Uberon is only on premigratory neural crest. This fits with the Uberon definition of neural crest.

Uberon only has premigratory neural crest terms.

TODO: Make migratory and premigratory NC terms for everything (and terms that cover both?) in CL and Uberon and wire up accordingly. Makes sense to do this with a template. DOSDPs would work.
