Unfortunately, this does not work for some reason I don't understand - it should though.

@anitacaron do you see anything blatantly wrong with this?

It's not working because it relies on the owl:versionIRI, but it's not extracted in the robot extract part.

I thought we are doing this all the time! --copy-ontology-annotations true copies all ontology annotations apart from the versionIRI?
