Hey @matentzn, since you at least partially reenabled the build pipeline, is it now possible to automatically generate JSON versions of the ontologies? CxG would like to use those. Thanks!

@fbastian I have spent a few hours migrating DSOs to ODK now, see #102. This includes JSON and modern OWL versions for all Life stage ontologies. But it is not easy to review; see my comments in PR.
