Add docs for ZFS #25

We need a wiki page for ZFS. Also need to add contact (see also #24 )

We need to explain that we maintain a distinct copy of this (we would be happy to cede this if ZFA takes the temporal relations back into the internalized version). As the one in this repo is the one taken for ontobee etc I think we should have the contact be the person who makes update in this repo - do you want to be the contact @cerivs or delegate to @ANiknejad ?

@cmungall we continue to release the ZFS with the ZFA. I can either make a stand-alone copy available through a new repository, or the obophenotype project as a stand-alone ontology. Since we are maintaining this ontology and updating when necessary a ZFIN ontology editor should probably be the contact so that the ZFS stand alone remains in sync with the version in the ZFA. @ybradford

Note that the standalone copy is already here:

It can live alongside ZFA is you prefer, we just need the more precise axioms
