Homogenize Carnegie stage names #38

In composite-metazoan, some Carnegie stages are named with "CSx", other with "Carnegie stage x (human)"

It looks like an abritrary label from either HsapDv or EHDAA2 is being selected. I'll look into the EHDAA2-munger, we should just eliminate their labels
