Add TSXX as xrefs in mmusdv #43

MGI returns TSXX terms as identifiers, so it would be convenient to add them in mmusdv as xref, not only as synonym.


    TS01 -> will end up mapped to UBERON:0000106, xref of MmusDv:0000003

We require xrefs to be prefixed. There isn't a prefix for the TSnn IDs in EMAPA. Shall we just do them as EMAPA:TSnn?
