We are currently addressing the issues related to HsapDv, thanks for the PR, will get back to you.

These modifications have been reported in the file hsapdv.obo in branch develop. We'll regenerate the OWL file from there. Canceling this PR. Will delete this branch once we'll have regenerated the OWL file in develop and master
