Switch to functional syntax for better diffs? #58

I just edited hsapdv.owl I figured the OWL file is the master based on checking logs & diffs.

Couple of questions:

Obo is source. Not sure if Ann is using protege, but either way we have obo diffs, need to better document

  • Could we switch the OWL file to functional syntax for better diffs and safer merges from pull requests.
  • Can we add an id_range file to prevent stomping?
