Could we include Fbdv, unless David wants to keep it outside this repository?

In general we don't need to have copies in this repo. This repo is mostly a 
home for stray stage ontologies.

However, it can be useful to have everything locally in one place after an svn 
checkout. I'll see if David wants to use this as a home (we can't control 
access writes within the repo but of course we'd have a policy that only David 
edits this file as it's in production use). But otherwise it might be nice to 
link to it via svn:externals.
