HsapDv:0000001 (human life cycle) , erroneous mapping to UBERON:0000106 zygote stage #60

HsapDv:0000001 (human life cycle) is actually mapped twice, once correctly on UBERON:0000104 (life cycle), and once on UBERON:0000106 zygote stage

UBERON:0000106 (zygote stage) should have 'xref: HsapDv:0000003 (Carnegie stage 01)' NOT xref: HsapDv:0000001

I checked the file

and the mapping is correct in this file, means (HsapDv:0000001 (human life cycle) is mapped correctly on UBERON:0000104 (life cycle) ) please let me know @cmungall if there is another file I can modify to let correct the final info in composite-metazoan.obo ?
