Add olatdv and pdumdv back #90

@fbastian This PR adds olatdv and pdumdv back into the pipeline. They are listed in OBO as inactive, but not obsolete.. So we either:

  1. merge this and add the two ontologies back
  2. set them both to "obsolete" in OBO

What do you prefer?
