Currently, ssso-merged-uberon.obo has an ontology IRI of http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/uberon/ssso-merged-uberon. That IRI does not resolve to anything. The ssso-merged.obo product has the same problem.
In fact I don’t think it is currently possible to get (or refer to) either of those products through a GitHub-independent URL (such as a purl.obolibrary.org one). I think it should be possible to do so. Either by
updating the Uberon PURL config to redirect uberon/ssso-merged-uberon.obo to this repository (likewise for uberon/ssso-merged.obo), or
changing the IRI to a Uberon-independent one (e.g. ssso.obo) and have a new SSSO config in the PURL system.
