I agree we could add more detailed terms, but there is a term now HP_0030146, abnormal liver parenchyma morphology, does that work for you? The HPO does not have terms for NORMAL results. In that case, a database would use NOT HP_0030146, abnormal liver parenchyma morphology -Peter

In those individuals with liver disease or potential liver disease it's important to routinely evaluate the appearance of the liver via ultrasound or scans. When the imaging reveals a normal appearance and structure, a mechanism is needed to annotate that finding. Abnormal liver morphology: NO
