def: Granulomatous inflammation that surrounds the bronchi and bronchioles (Is this OK-- I want to be more specific) , replacing bronchial walls and mucosa. In bronchocentric granulomatosis, the lumen of the airway contains necrotic debris, and palisaded histiocytes surround the lumen.
