@MickeySegal this seems like a near synonym of Adult, and without further specification this does not seem to be a useful term.

Many young and old people are not sexually active, so it seems worth having a term that takes this into account. As an example, if a woman hasn't had sex in the past year, one would rank the probability of an ectopic pregnancy very low. Such information is important diagnostically.
