@MickeySegal This term bundles a lot of information about the clinical course and does not seem to be in scope for HPO. TO understand the term, we need to know that a child received hGH and developed antibodies some time later. The way we would probably code this in HPO would be to a use a phenopacket to cover the administration of hGH and the subsequent development of antibodies; if we code clinical courses like this we would need to logically introduce tons of such terms...
