@MickeySegal this is probably too nonspecific to be a good HPO term. Is it supposed to refer to something specific?
In many bony lesions such as some osteosarcomas and chordomas there are osteosclerotic lesions that are different from generalized osteosclerosis or patchy osteosclerosis.
Not sure if this is bettter as a modifer or a term. Could you provide a PMID with a specific example?
https://orthoinfo.aaos.org/en/diseases--conditions/pagets-disease-of-bone "In the very early stages of Paget's disease, when there is just overactive absorption of bone occurring, it can look like there is a hole in the bone. Later in the disease process, this darker area can take the shape of a V, with denser, thicker bone following behind it."
New term request X-ray: bone radiodense lesions (elthat_100318032400): Mass or tumor-like lesion
