this is a bundled term. Can we specific the abnormality?
How about "Spinal cord white matter abnormalities":

There is this Hyperintensity of MRI T2 signal of the spinal cord HP:0040272 which is probably very close. We are hoping to have a neuroradiology workshop at somepoint to look into this systematically. @mellybelly this would be a good topic at some point!
