These terms should divided into 2 different types of terms: terms for "deficits in intellectual functions" that include deficits in intellectual functions - general - definition: deficits in intellectual functions, including in areas such as reasoning, problem solving, planning, abstract thinking etc.. that develops during the developmental period deficits in intellectual functions - mild (definition: deficits in intellectual functions associated with IQ scores in the "mild" range - intelligence quotient (IQ) in the range of 50-69)that develops during the developmental period deficits in intellectual functions - moderate (definition: deficits in intellectual functions associated with IQ scores in the "moderate: range -intelligence quotient (IQ) in the range of 35-49)that develops during the developmental period deficits in intellectual functions - severe (definition: deficits in intellectual functions associated with IQ scores in the "severe" range intelligence quotient (IQ) in the range of 20-34, that develops during the developmental period deficits in intellectual functions - profound (definition: deficits in intellectual functions associated with IQ scores in the "profound" range intelligence quotient (IQ) below 20 or unable to achieve a basal score on a test, that develops during the developmental period deficits in Intellectual functions, borderline: deficits in intellectual functions associated with IQ scores in the "borderline" range of 70-85, that develops during the developmental period

Note: Global developmental delay HP:0001263 should be referenced in the intellectual disability term with a note: Global developmental delay HP:0001263 is the term used for intellectual disability used for children under the age of 5)

This term should be deleted all together progressive HP:0006887 (and just have everything moved to Intellectual disability, generally: Intellectual disability HP:0001249 (and then additional loss codes can be added) Bug description
