again, there may be a case for an abstraction for a general region of mesoderm that gives rise to primary circulatory organ

For now we have to resolve the label clash. For now the vertebrate label can explicitly mention splanchnic mesoderm, and change it's synonyms to non-EXACT.

As an aside, this part of uberon needs some work for vertebrates...
