My mistake, I see these are temporal subdivisions of the same structure. Perhaps different naming conventions should be used?
The label for 32703 changed to 'cortical subplate', so we have:
This is still a bit confusing. The naming scheme of 'cortical' vs 'cerebral cortex' suggests somewhat that the former is referencing the neocortex specifically?
It appears as if these terms should be merged. We have merged many 'redundant' terms, i.e. with the same name, but missed these since the names are not exactly the same. Thanks for calling this to our attention.
