In MA, both uvea and choroid are sibling parts of the anterior eye
[Term] id: MA:0002480 name: uvea namespace: adult_mouse_anatomy.gxd **relationship: BFO:0000050 MA:0002484 ! eye anterior segment [Term] id: MA:0000263 name: choroid namespace: adult_mouse_anatomy.gxd **relationship: BFO:0000050 MA:0002484 ! eye anterior segment
is this correct?
First I think choroid is usually considered part of uvea.
Second I think that the choroid tends to be largely in the posterior segment?
So choroid would need moved, and uvea would span both A+P?
EMAPA is similar:
[Term] id: EMAPA:35901 name: uvea namespace: anatomical_structure relationship: ends_at TS28 ! TS28 relationship: part_of EMAPA:18231 ! eye anterior chamber relationship: starts_at TS28 ! TS28
but at least here choroid is A/P neutral:
