trailing whitespace in synonym for EMAPA:29181 "epithelium of Wolffian duct of male" #114

I came across this when preparing the github repo for emapa releases. Our standard workflow throws errors if there are trailing spaces:

I have made changes to the emapa-edit.obo file and pushed it to the repository.
