Hepatic veins #74

Open cmungall opened 12 years ago

cmungall commented 12 years ago

The hepatic veins comprise of three large veins which are the right hepatic vein, the middle hepatic vein and the left hepatic vein drain the hepatic parenchyma into the inferior vena cava. It may be that we need three children of the class of "hepatic veins"

should be "hepatic vein" singular

FMA has a a few additional subtypes such as intermediate and "unnamed"

per discussion with Paul Schofield: question whether children of "hepatic vein" (singular) should be subclasses or have part-of relationships

also need to determine if the other FMA subtypes are, in fact, relevant for the mouse
