Ensure reference proteome is always in taxslim #1

I tried this today: http://owlservices.berkeleybop.org/isClassApplicableForTaxon?format=txt&idstyle=obo&id=GO:0005737&taxid=NCBITaxon:81824

And it still returns false. Presumably something else still needs to be done for the taxonchecker to work correctly...-
