monarch-additions.txt I've added the taxon ingested into Monarch that are not present in the taxon slim.

Also resorted file with sort -k1,1 -k2,2n -t ':' -u

which unfortunately obscures the diff, I'll attach the file of new taxa here

I redid this in #24, due to conflicts.
