Travis Job - should it run or not? #37

Travis file was removed: https://github.com/obophenotype/ncbitaxon/pull/32

remove .travis.yml which didn't seem to be doing anything useful

Is it necessary to have a travis job for NCBITAXON?

You're right that it wasn't doing anything useful. We can add a new one if we ever need it.
