I added NCBITaxon:1319 to the taxon list

@matentzn I cannot assign people in this repo. This is the issue related to https://github.com/monarch-initiative/mondo/pull/5959 Will I have to wait for a release for this taxon id to be available to use? If so, do you have a timeline for the next release? Thank you!
