Could the NCBItaxon ontology updated recently？ #94

As you can see below, the NCBItaxon ontology has not been updated since Sept. Could the NCBItaxon ontology updated recently? The genome of Vibrio sp. EA2 has been submitted to the NCBI and its Taxonomy ID is 3079860. I need to use Vibrio sp. EA2 via the OLS website, however, I can't find this species on that. I contacted the OLS. They told me that this is something that needs to be done by NCBI and once NCBI has updated it, OLS will pick up the change automatically. Could you help me with that or tell me whom I should contact? 1

Hi @sunhaining2021, there's a new NCBITaxon release https://github.com/obophenotype/ncbitaxon/releases/tag/v2023-12-12. It will be available in OLS in its next data release.
