Incorrect term IRIs #12

In phenoscape-ext.owl there are something like 67 terms with IRIs beginning with http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/uberon/ext.owl/, e.g. UBERON_4300174 (actinopterygian pyloric caecum). I will manually change all these to http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/.

@cmungall is there any need to retain these IRIs and officially deprecate? I would rather just fix them. I don't know how long they've been in there though.

@wdahdul and @laurajackson could you check your Protégé settings to make sure terms are being created with the correct IRIs?

I checked my Protégé settings, and it is generating using the correct IRI.

It was a problem from my end, and I fixed my settings now.
