I'd suggest to host that info in an rdfs:comment annotation, rather than in the definition, as it's not strictly within the scope of an anatomical description. But I agree with reporting the info itself, to show an important use case with respect to the broader 'red bone marrow'. rdfs:comments are displayed in (most if not all) ontology browsers.
