[ ] Add post process in the pipeline to change the range in date type annotations.
[ ] Add QC to verify all annotations related to date use xsd:dateTime range

I tried changing the datatype to xsd:date and xsd:dateTime. The dates are still output as strings.

Support for datatypes other than string is still an open issue: https://github.com/INCATools/dosdp-tools/issues/136
