Using Uberon terms with human labels #2860

Is there a plan for providing Uberon terms with human/clinically relevant labels? Re: https://github.com/obophenotype/uberon/issues/1522#issuecomment-547575843

I see that some human terms have been tagged with "human_preferred" (https://github.com/obophenotype/uberon/issues/278). Can those annotations be used to swap the general labels with their human counterparts?

Hi @allenbaron, we have the human-view.owl artefact. Is this what you expect?

Thanks for the quick reply Anita. I'm wondering more specifically about the labels/synonyms relevant to humans.

For example, pes (UBERON:0002387) has the human synonym foot which is annotated with http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/uberon/core#HUMAN_PREFERRED. 'manual digit 1' (UBERON:0001463) also has the appropriate human synonym 'thumb' but it's annotated with http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/uberon/core#SENSU.

I'd like to know if there's a plan for consistent annotation of the more human-appropriate synonyms so they can be identified programmatically. Also, is there a plan to release human-view.owl with the human synonyms as the primary label?
