Hello Team,
PMID: 31839543 (2020) https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6962646/
I am currently working on single-cell annotation of the publication here below:
PMID: 30787436 (2019) "A single-cell molecular map of mouse gastrulation and early organogenesis"
, and in order to capture this information, it seems that we need a new class 'hemogenic endothelium' ? and/or maybe better to ask CL for adding 'Haematoendothelial progenitors' ? see definition here below
Preferred term label: hemogenic endothelium
Synonyms haemogenic endothelium (HE)
Definition (free text, please give PubMed ID) PMID: 31839543 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6962646/
def: "A specialized hemato-endothelial progenitor cell population that originates from mesodermal precursors with functional heterogeneity and distinct primitive and definitive hematopoietic capacities. By endothelial-to-hematopoietic transition (EHT), gives rise to hematopoietic cells."
Parent term (use https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/uberon)
is_a: UBERON:0004120 ! mesoderm-derived structure is_a: UBERON:0002050 ! embryonic structure
Thank you for your help and advice
Anne
