This ticket is being worked on right now. The goal is to take any two dosdp patterns and a bunch of instance data and get an SSSOM file out on the other end.

We need to add these patterns to the generic patterns to capture all OBA traits

[ ] "chemical role" pattern
[ ] "response to" pattern
