Duplicate class label: "abnormality of anatomical entity physiology" #55

Two classes appear to both have the label "abnormality of anatomical entity physiology": UPHENO:0002332 and UPHENO:0082875.

@udp there are already many issues about this floating around. Basically, we have to remove this pattern from the build, by physically excluding it from the part of the pipeline that creates upheno classes: https://github.com/obophenotype/upheno/blob/master/src/patterns/dosdp-dev/abnormalAnatomicalEntityNotParts.yaml
