HP antonyms #135

Open obophenotype-user opened 9 years ago

obophenotype-user commented 9 years ago

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 134

I've generate a set of antonyms for HP terms. These were derived computationally using
a set of search patterns (e.g. hypo*/hyper*). It would be good to generate either an
annotation of the target terms or some kind of logical axiom (although it is at the
term rather than class level).

I created a repo here: https://github.com/Human-Phenotype-Ontology/HPO-antonyms
