Abnormality of ion homeostasis #16

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 15

In Uberpheno@charite I see that "Abnormality of ion homeostasis" (HP:0003111) is inferred
to be a subclass_of "abnormal blood homeostasis" MP:0009642. Neither MPO or HPO do
assert this in their class-hierarchy. Two explanations for that inference are shown
in attached screenshot.

The reason seems to be that suddenly someone decided, that in the logical definition
the ion homeostasis only inheres in the "blood". IMHO this is wrong.

Maybe, this should be checked/discussed in general because I also see that HP:0011030
is defined that way (i.e. inhering only in blood).

Logical definition is more specific than the intent of the term. I bet this came from
a term merge. Solution: remove any mention of blood from the logical def. Shall I do
this?

I changed it using Protege. Please confirm that everything is correct. Thanks
